The process starts with a consultation at your home or in our office with one of our designers/architects. This is our opportunity to understand the scope of your project, listen to your ideas, exchange ideas, show you our portfolio, and explain how Coral Springs Nursery may assist you. During this visit we’ll help you determine whether design services are needed and establish budget parameters based on the scope and scale of your project.
After our initial consultation we take measurements and photographs, walking the site to examine its strengths and challenges. Our designers then churn ideas based on conversations from the initial consultation to create a customized landscape design that reflects your lifestyle and unique property. We view this design process as a joint effort and encourage your involvement every step of the way. If no landscape plan is needed, we will present an estimate based on your existing plan or specifications.
With the design complete, a presentation meeting is set up for the designers to walk you through the layout details, material choices, and to discuss the project estimate at our nursery. Based on your needs, our designers can help prioritize and develop a strategy for how to proceed to the installation phase. Upon acceptance of the contract, we will schedule the work for installation.
All projects begin with an informative on site walk through with you, the designer, and the landscape foreman. This ensures you are informed about the installation process, the daily work flow, and timeline for completing your project. Throughout the project the designer stays in contact with you, to answer questions and keep you updated on the work progress. The designer site visits during the installation process ensures the end result reflects the design and your vision. Our goal is your satisfaction with the finished project.
Coral Springs Nursery stands behind the quality craftsmanship on all projects we build. We extend a 6 months warranty on all installed plant material. Our goal is to maintain a working relationship with you once your landscape is completed by offering tree/shrub pruning and spring/fall clean up.
